How to profit and get tons of traffic from your blog

Once upon a time, there was a couple called Blog and Ping.

They started out as good friends, and later on decided to get married
and create a beautiful baby, which they called Traffic ;-)

Sounds like a joke?

Well... maybe it's not...

I'm going to give you some sensible information about Blogging and
Pinging because it's a great way to attract visitors to your site... and
earn big profits in the long run.

Now what does Blogging and Pinging really mean?

In it's most simplistic form, a blog is an online discussion website that
allows you (the webmaster) and your visitors to voice their opinion on
a specific subject.

There are blogs about any possible subject.

Some people like to use their blog as a diary. They post almost everyday
about what inspires them, or what they think can be interesting or useful
to other people.

Pinging is a method of informing the blog community that your blog
site is in existence.

In simple words, a "ping" is a program that sends out a message to
another computer and alerts the blog community when a new post or
comment on your blog has been made.

Now the great things is that, for instance, if you update your blog, you
can send a "ping" to the search engines so your blog gets indexed and
your site rankes higher.

It's really simple... but very effective.

The blog and ping method is a proven method to get your web site
indexed in Google very fast.

You can get 20 pages indexed in Yahoo in only 1-2 days and then
"Yahoo! Slurp" will index your whole site within about a month.

Google is very random with blog and ping, but when they do come
around, it is really great - I am talking about 40 pages indexed in 3
days -or more.

Setup a blog account at www.blogger.com  (it's free).

When you start a new blog, I suggest that you provide quality
information on a targeted niche subject, rather than a generalised
matter.

For instance... better than running a blog on flowers, you can
specialise on gardening red roses. This will be of great interest
to red rose lovers, what will result in your blog site acquiring a
steady flow of lots of interested (or targeted) visitors.

Next, add the blog rss to "My Yahoo", post some links on your blogger
account to the web site that you want to see indexed, and "ping" your blog.

Then you need to keep adding content to your blog on a regular base,
