Cover Action Proscripts.
I've used the
Cover Action Scripts to quickly design and format the
eCovers, and I
filled the flat cover images with clipart and images
from the Graphics And Clipart Pack.

massive amount
of easy-to-follow techniques and handy
shortcuts
that the professional designers/artists
use.
