All the graphics below are created by myself, using
the Adobe
Photoshop software and
Cover Action Proscripts.
I've used the
Cover Action Scripts to quickly design and format the
eCovers, and I
filled the flat cover images with clipart and images
from the Graphics And Clipart Pack.
Check the
video below to see how it's done:
These eCovers look bright and
sharp, even when
you resize them,
and the scripts allow you to create
curved eCovers,
Membership
ID Cards, DVD boxes, Ezine/Magazine
eCovers, etc...
If you are
going to create your own eCovers, but don't know how
to work with the Adobe
Photohop software, or if you want to improve
your graphic designing skills quickly, I have
some
recommended
books listed below.
I own several
of the
PhotoShop Tutorials and PhotoShop Tips books below,
and I've picked
up many new ideas and techniques from
them.
Studying a Photoshop book is one of the best ways to
get started, and you'll be amazed
what the wonderful Photoshop software can do. The
sky is the limit.
If you don't know which book to select, you may
try
Scott Kelby's
useful "KillerTips and
Tricks" books. They contain a
massive amount
of easy-to-follow techniques and handy
shortcuts
that the professional designers/artists
use.
The "PhotoShop WOW" series also belong to my
all-time favorites. But I let you decide
what you want. Just
click one of the books below and you'll be taken to
the Amazon online
bookshop.
