1. You MAY sell the 14 ebooks at any price. I cannot legally force you to comply with any one price. You MAY NOT give the ebooks or ebook package away. This is a violation of the copyright.

2. You MAY package the ebooks or ebook package with other products that you sell as an incentive to buy your other products or as a bonus product.

3. You MAY change or edit the sales letter template in any way as long as you don't make any false or misleading claims. You MAY edit or create your own ebook covers for the ebooks.

4. You MAY NOT alter the content of the ebooks or ebook package in
anyway without full permission from the publisher Larry Dotson - L.D. Publishing.

5. You MAY NOT authorize other people to sell the individual ebooks or ebook package. You can't grant resell rights to others.  If your customers want to sell the ebooks or ebook package, then they must buy a license directly from me. You may sell the ebooks and ebook package, but not resell rights.

6. You MAY NOT sell the fourteen products at any online auctions. They must be sold from your own website.

7. You MAY NOT market the ebooks or ebook package in any immoral, illegal or unethical manner, including sending UCE - unsolicited commercial email, also known as SPAM.

8. You MUST setup the ebooks or ebook package for order processing on your own webpage. Please DO NOT send any of your customers to MY download location.  Everything must be hosted at your own website and orders processed from there.

9. You MAY NOT sell the ebooks or ebook package if you ask for a refund. Your resell license will become null and void.

10. Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking of this license in which case all monies paid will be forfeited.

This constitutes the entire license agreement.  Any disputes or terms not discussed in this agreement are at the sole discretion  of Larry Dotson and L.D. Publishing.
